Intermediaries

We are unique transaction partners who can move quickly.

We are actively looking for a company to buy and ready to execute.

We're highly interested in meeting intermediaries who are working with, or who are aware of, companies who might fit our target criteria and might be available for sale.  We are nimble, quick at making decisions, and actively searching.  We have strong a strong investment partner (Housatonic Partners) who is ready to act quickly alongside us. We work out of Housatonic’s offices, share deal flow with them, and evaluate deals side by side so that we are aligned in the investment decision making process.

In addition to traditional intermediaries or professional service firms, we're also excited to meet and work with industry experts in industries of interest to us. 


We are comfortable with unique situations that don't fit the traditional approach.

While we are open to all situations, we have a high degree of comfort for special company or sale process situations that don't fit a traditional marketed sale process.  For intermediaries, we can be great partners to help creatively, and quickly, structure a deal for companies that require special handling.  Examples can include financial challenges such as stagnant growth or lower-than-expected EBITDA, organizational complexity such as multiple potentially only loosely related divisions/products/locations or difficult carve-outs/divestitures, unexpected or challenging ownership or management transition requirements, companies not formally ready-for-sale, sales requiring extreme privacy, and the like.

We are also very comfortable with “broken deals” and willing to roll up our sleeves to try to find a mutually beneficial solution.
